Course description: Participants will learn about long-term laryngectomy care through a multidisciplinary approach, focusing on tracheoesophageal (TE) voice restoration and survivorship. The course covers medical and emotional patient needs, including TE voice prosthesis and puncture management, dysphagia, vocal outcomes, psychosocial issues, and common challenges and etiologies. 

Course objectives:
- Summarize common complications encountered impacting survivorship of laryngectomy patients
- Identify troubleshooting solutions and algorithms for managing adverse events
- Describe best practices in management of patients with a voice prosthesis using a multidisciplinary team approach
