Atos Medical Spot on Support (SOS)

Why use SOS?

Laryngectomy and tracheostomy management requires clinical knowledge and expertise. We know that clinical issues can range from straightforward to complex and challenging. Our Clinical Team has the depth of skills and knowledge to help you manage your patients' needs. It’s helpful to have a clinical call line to get answers quickly and efficiently. Let us be your thought partner in working towards a solution.

The surgical complexities of advanced laryngeal cancer result in many patients going to inpatient rehab, home care, or skilled nursing care centers after discharge from the hospital. There, laryngectomee or tracheostomy care may be more sporadic, with a need for our teams clinical support for the healthcare provider managing these patients.

For these reasons and more, Atos Medical developed Spot on Support. SOS is an on-demand, virtual support program to provide clinical support to healthcare providers in the US and Canada. Your team of Laryngectomy and Tracheostomy Clinical Education experts are here to provide clinical advice or information. Such as:

  • Real-time assistance with you and your patient
  • Help with an Atos Medical product
  • Troubleshooting a particular issue
  • Asking a clinical or product-related question
  • SUPPORT!
